สวัสดีตอนเช้า - 11 ม.ค. 2567 แกว่งในกรอบ รอเงินเฟ้อสหรัฐ

SET ยังดูยืนแนวรับ 1410 จุดได้ แต่มองการฟื้นตัวยังถูกจำกัด เนื่องจากตลาดขาดปัจจัยหนุน และรอดูตัวเลขเงินเฟ้อสหรัฐในคืนนี้ ทำให้คาดดัชนีจะแกว่งในกรอบ โดยมีกรอบล่างที่แนวรับ 1410 และ 1400 จุด ตามลำดับ ส่วนกรอบบนอยู่ที่แนวต้าน 1420 และ 1430 จุด ตามลำดับ

ประเด็นสำคัญ

• กกพ. มีมติเห็นชอบค่า Ft งวดเดือน ม.ค.-เม.ย. ที่ 39.72 สตางค์ต่อหน่วย ส่งผลให้ค่าไฟฟ้าทุกประเภทเฉลี่ยรวมอยู่ที่ 4.18 บาทต่อหน่วย ทั้งยังระบุจับตาสถานการณ์ราคาก๊าซใกล้ชิด
• กทท. ร่วมมือภาคเอกชน เปิด 3 ธุรกิจใหม่พัฒนาท่าเรือกรุงเทพ ผลักดันเป็นฮับขนส่งทางน้ำ เพิ่มปริมาณตู้สินค้า ส่งเสริมการนำเข้า-ส่งออกระหว่าง ปท. ยกระดับขีดความสามารถการแข่งขัน
• FETCO ระบุดัชนีความเชื่อมั่น นลท. อีก 3 เดือนข้างหน้าปรับขึ้น 38.9%MoM อยู่ในเกณฑ์ร้อนแรง ปัจจัยหนุนมากสุด คือ การไหลเข้าของเงินทุน ปัจจัยฉุดมากสุด คือ การถดถอยของ ศก. ใน ปท.
• สมาคมตลาดตราสารหนี้ไทยระบุปี 2567 หุ้นกู้ระยะยาวที่ครบกำหนดชำระทั้งสิ้น 8.9 แสนลบ. เป็นกลุ่ม Investment Grade 7.9 แสนลบ. (90%) และกลุ่ม High Yield 9.9 หมื่นลบ. (10%) แต่ปัญหาผิดนัดชำระหนี้ที่มีตั้งแต่ปี 66 ทำให้ผู้ลงทุนระมัดระวังลงทุนมากขึ้น
• ผู้ประกอบการค้าปลีกคาด 1Q67 มีสัญญาณบวก หนุนจากเทศกาลต่างๆ และมาตรการภาครัฐหนุน คาดตรุษจีนเงินสะพัด 1.5 หมื่นลบ. นโยบายฟรีวีซ่ากระตุ้นทัวริสต์จีนเข้าไทย 1 หมื่นคน/วัน
• EIA รายงานสต็อกน้ำมันดิบสหรัฐเพิ่มขึ้น 1.3 ล้านบาร์เรลในสัปดาห์ที่แล้ว สวนทางที่คาดว่าจะลดลง 6.75 แสนบาร์เรล ขณะที่ตลาดยังคงจับตาสถานการณ์ตึงเครียดในทะเลแดงอย่างใกล้ชิด
• ก.ล.ต. สหรัฐ ได้อนุมัติให้กองทุน 11 แห่งจัดตั้งกองทุน Spot Bitcoin ETF แล้ว ทำให้ นลท. ที่ซื้อกองทุนเข้าลงทุนใน BTC ได้โดยไม่ต้องถือครองโดยตรง ทั้งยังสร้างความสนใจต่อ นลท. สถาบัน

กลยุทธ์การลงทุน

ช่วงสั้นมองตลาดหุ้นไทยมีโมเมนตัมปรับขึ้นต่อได้ แต่ยังอยู่ภายใต้ Upside จำกัด เนื่องจากปัจจัยภายนอกยังมีความผันผวน และอยู่ระหว่างรอปัจจัยชี้นำใหม่ๆ ดังนั้นกลยุทธ์ลงทุนจึงแนะนำ “Selective Buy”

ล็อคเป้าลงทุน

Weekly Portfolio : ช่วงสั้นมอง SET มีโมเมนตัมปรับขึ้นต่อได้ แต่ยังอยู่ภายใต้ Upside จำกัด เนื่องจากปัจจัยภายนอกยังมีความผันผวน และอยู่ระหว่างรอปัจจัยชี้นำใหม่ๆ กลยุทธ์ลงทุนจึงแนะนำ “Selective Buy” ในหุ้นที่มีโอกาสได้รับผลบวก ดังนี้
1) หุ้นที่คาดได้อานิสงส์จาก January Effect ซึ่งพบว่าในปี 2544-2566 มีโอกาสที่ SET จะปรับขึ้น 69.23% และให้ผลตอบแทนเฉลี่ยราว 1.37% ทั้งนี้เลือก AOT KTB KBANK DIF ซึ่งจากข้อมูลย้อนหลังพบว่าเป็นกลุ่มหุ้นที่ให้ผลตอบแทนเฉลี่ยชนะ SET
2) หุ้นที่ได้ประโยชน์จาก Bond Yield ปรับลดลง ได้แก่ กลุ่มพาณิชย์ (CPALL CPAXT), การแพทย์ (BDMS), โรงไฟฟ้า (GULF), อสังหาฯ (AP) และ Consumer Finance (TIDLOR)
3) หุ้นที่ได้ประโยชน์จากโครงการ Easy e-Receipt ลดหย่อนภาษีไม่เกิน 5 หมื่นบาท เริ่มในวันที่ 1 ม.ค. – 15 ก.พ. 2567 ได้แก่ CRC HMPRO ZEN MINT ADVANC
ระยะกลางแนะนำระมัดระวังหุ้นที่คาดได้รับผลกระทบจากภาวะเอลนีโญที่จะกระทบต่อกำลังซื้อภาคเกษตรลดลง ได้แก่ กลุ่มสินเชื่อ (MTC SAWAD) กลุ่มยานยนต์ (SAT STANLY) กลุ่มเครื่องดื่ม (CBG จากราคาน้ำตาลที่สูงขึ้น) รวมถึงกลุ่มเกษตรและอาหาร (CPF GFPT BTG)

HMPRO มองเป็นหุ้นใน SETESG Index ที่น่าสนใจ โดยได้ Rating “AA” คาด 4Q66 เป็นไตรมาสที่ดีสุดของปี และปี 2567 คาดจะเป็นผู้ได้ประโยชน์หลักจากโครงการ E-receipt เพราะยอดใช้จ่ายต่อบิลที่สูงกว่า บ. อื่นๆ ในกลุ่มฯ โดยราคาหุ้นปัจจุบันยังไม่ได้สะท้อนประโยชน์จากโครงการดังกล่าว

Market today

The SET still stood above 1410, but any recovery is seen to be limited as the market lacks new catalysts and is waiting for the US CPI to be released Thursday US time, which is keeping the index range-bound with a lower bound at supports of 1410 and 1400 and an upper bound at resistances of 1420 and 1430.

Today’s highlights

• The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has agreed on an Ft rate for the period Jan-Apr at Bt0.3972/unit, with an average price of Bt4.18/unit. Gas prices are being closely monitored.
• The Port Authority of Thailand (PAT) is collaborating with the private sector to develop three new businesses at the Bangkok port with the goal of promoting the port as a transportation hub, increasing the volume of cargo containers and boosting import-export activity between countries, to improve its competitiveness.
• The Federation of Thai Capital Market Organizations (FETCO) reported an increase in the investor confidence index for the next three months of 38.9%MoM, indicating strong sentiment. The primary support is the influx of capital, and the most significant drag is Thailand's economic recession.
• The ThaiBMA said long-term bonds maturing in 2024 amount to Bt890bn, with Bt790bn (90%) rated investment grade and Bt99bn (10%) as high yield. Due to debt default issues starting in 2023, investors are becoming more cautious.
• Retail operators expect positive signs in 1Q24, supported by several festivals and government measures. Chinese New Year is expected to generate Bt15bn in spending, with the visa-free policy bringing daily inflow of ~10,000 Chinese tourists into Thailand.
• The EIA reported an increase in crude oil stocks of 1.3mn bbl last week rather than the expected decrease of 675,000 bbl. The market remains focused on the tense situation in the Red Sea.
• The SEC has approved the establishment of 11 Spot Bitcoin ETFs, allowing investors to invest in Bitcoin indirectly without direct ownership. This has sparked interest among institutional investors.

Strategy today

In the short term, the Thai stock market is expected to continue moving up but with limited upside due to fluctuation from externals and waiting for new catalysts. Our strategy is selective buy.

Weekly portfolio: In the short term the SET is expected to continue moving up but upside remains limited due to fluctuations from external factors and waiting for new catalysts. We recommend “selective buy” in themes with specific drivers:
1) Stocks expected to benefit from the January Effect: from 2011-2022 the SET had a 69.23% probability of rising with an average return of 1.37% - AOT, KTB, KBANK and DIF, whose data shows outperformance of the SET’s average return.
2) Stocks benefiting from declining bond yield – Commerce (CPALL and CPAXT), Healthcare (BDMS), Utilities (GULF), Property Development (AP) and Consumer Finance (TIDLOR).
3) Stocks benefiting from the E-Receipt measure allowing a personal income tax deduction on purchases of up to Bt50,000 between Jan 1–Feb 15, 2024 – CRC, HMPRO, ZEN, MINT and ADVANC.
In the medium term we recommend being cautious on stocks that are set to be affected by El Nino, which will erode purchasing power in the agricultural sector: Finance (MTC, SAWAD), Automotive (SAT, STANLY), Beverages (CBG has high sugar cost) and Food & Agriculture (CPF GFPT and BTG).

GPSC: In the short term the company benefits from declining bond yield and low price for natural gas due to a warmer winter. The company is in the process of adjusting electricity sales contracts for industrial customers to be based on gas price to reduce the volatility brought by changes in Ft, which does not align with cost.
HMPRO: Listed on the SETESG Index with an “AA” rating. 4Q23 is expected to be the best quarter of the year, while the company is expected to benefit the most from the E-Receipt stimulus as spending in its stores is generally higher per bill than others in the commerce sector. The stock price has not yet reflected the benefit from the stimulus.
