แนวโน้มตลาดวันนี้

SET ยังเป็นสัญญาณลบ ยังไม่เกิดจุดกลับตัว และไหลลงต่อ โดยมีแนวรับถัดไปที่จุดต่ำเดิมบริเวณ 1462 จุด หากต่ำกว่าเป็นสัญญาณลบต่อ และมีแนวรับถัดไปที่ 1450 จุด ด้านการฟื้นตัวถูกจำกัดที่กรอบบนบริเวณแนวต้าน 1485 จุด และจุดติดตามบริเวณ 1505 จุด หากกลับมาขึ้นทะลุผ่านได้ เริ่มเป็นสัญญาณบวก

ประเด็นสำคัญ

• สภาคองเกรสผ่านร่าง กม. งบประมาณชั่วคราวและส่งให้ ปธน. โจ ไบเดน ลงนามได้ทันกำหนดเส้นตาย ซึ่งช่วยให้สหรัฐสามารถหลีกเลี่ยงการปิดหน่วยงานของรัฐบาลหรือชัตดาวน์
• ดัชนี Core PCE ของสหรัฐ ซึ่งไม่นับรวมหมวดอาหารและพลังงาน และเป็นมาตรวัดเงินเฟ้อที่ Fed ให้ความสำคัญ เดือน ส.ค. เพิมขึ้น 3.9%YoY ต่ำสุดในรอบ 2 ปี และสอดคล้องตลาดคาด โดยลดลงจากระดับ 4.3%YoY ในเดือน ก.ค.
• สัญญาข้าวสาลีลดลงกว่า 6% ทำระดับต่ำสุดในรอบ 3 ปี หลังจากสหรัฐรายงานตัวเลขคาดการณ์ผลผลิตสูงกว่าคาดการณ์
• United Auto Workers ขยายการประท้วงผู้ผลิตรถยนต์ในเมืองดีทรอยต์ โดยสั่งให้คนงานเพิ่มอีก 7,000 คนลาออกจากงานในรัฐอิลลินอยส์และมิชิแกน เพื่อกดดันบริษัทต่างๆ ให้ปรับปรุงข้อเสนอ
• ส.อ.ท. ประเมินขึ้น ดบ. ส่งผลต้นทุนการเงินเพิ่มขึ้น คาด ศก. ปีหน้าปัจจัยเสี่ยงสูง ระวังการลงทุนใหม่ ด้านผู้ประกอบการอสังหาฯ ระบุขึ้น ดบ. ฉุดกำลังซื้อ กระทบตลาด 2.5-3% แนะยกเลิก LTV ชั่วคราว
• ธพว. ระบุดัชนีเชื่อมั่น SMEs 3Q66 เพิ่มขึ้น หลังผู้ประกอบการปรับแผนการตลาดหนุนยอดขาย คาดนโยบายกระตุ้น ศก. ช่วยเสริม
• สถาบันยานยนต์ระบุ จีนเตรียมตั้งสำนักงานภูมิภาค พร้อมผลักดันไทยเป็นฮับพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า ขยายฐานตลาดอาเซียน คาดเม็ดเงินทุนจีนไหลเข้าไทยต่อเนื่อง

กลยุทธ์การลงทุน

แม้เดือน ก.ย. ตลาดหุ้นไทยจะไม่สามารถสวนกระแสตลาดหุ้นทั่วโลกได้ โดย SET Index ปรับตัวลงและปิดหลุด 1500 จุดเป็นครั้งที่ 3 ของปีนี้ แต่ถือว่าตลาดหุ้นไทยยัง Outperform เมื่อเทียบกับตลาดหุ้นในเอเชีย ขณะที่เดือน ต.ค. คาด SET จะเริ่มปรับตัวดีขึ้น จากคาดหวังมีความชัดเจนมากขึ้นเกี่ยวกับนโยบายภาครัฐและการฟื้นตัวของเศรษฐกิจจีน อย่างไรก็ดี ภาพรวมเศรษฐกิจโลกที่ไม่สดใสและการรายงานตัวเลขเศรษฐกิจของสหรัฐและยุโรปที่ยังมีแนวโน้มชะลอตัว คาดจะยังกดดันบรรยากาศลงทุนในตลาดหุ้นไทยให้ฟื้นตัวช้าหรือปรับขึ้นได้ไม่แรงมากนัก กลยุทธ์ลงทุนจึงแนะนำ “Selective Buy” ในธีมที่มีปัจจัยเฉพาะตัว

ล็อคเป้าลงทุน

Weekly Portfolio : มอง SET จะเริ่มดีขึ้น แต่ไม่ได้ปรับขึ้นแรง หลังภาพรวมเศรษฐกิจโลกที่ไม่สดใสยังกดดันบรรยากาศการลงทุน จึงแนะนำ “Selective Buy” ในธีมที่มีปัจจัยเฉพาะตัว ดังนี้
1) หุ้นเก็งกำไร โดยแนะนำทยอยซื้อสะสมสำหรับหุ้นที่ราคา Oversold และยังมีปัจจัยพื้นฐานดี อีกทั้ง Valuation ไม่แพง (PER และ PBV 23F ต่ำกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยย้อนหลัง 5 ปี) คาดราคาหุ้นจะรีบาวด์ได้ดี หาก SET ฟื้นตัว เลือก CPALL TOP CPN BDMS MINT
2) หุ้นเก็งกำไรในธีมปิโตรดอลลาร์ โดยได้อานิสงส์จากกำลังซื้อของตลาดตะวันออกกลางดีขึ้นตามราคาน้ำมันที่ปรับขึ้น 10%QoQ ใน 3Q66 เลือก BH (ผู้ป่วยตะวันออกกลางเพิ่มขึ้น)
3) หุ้นเก็งกำไรจากราคาน้ำมันที่ทรงตัวอยู่ในระดับสูง เลือก PTTEP BCP ทั้งนี้จะเริ่มเพิ่มความระมัดระวังการเก็งกำไรหาก Brent เกิน 100 เหรียญสหรัฐ4) หุ้นซื้อลงทุน โดยคาดผลการดำเนินงาน 3Q66 จะมีเติบโตดี และยังมีโมเมนตัมที่ดีต่อเนื่องใน 4Q66 เลือก BCH HANA KCE AOT ERW KLINIQ
ขณะที่ระยะกลางแนะนำระมัดระวังหุ้นที่คาดได้รับผลกระทบจากปรากฎการณ์เอลนีโญที่จะกระทบต่อกำลังซื้อภาคเกษตรลดลง ได้แก่ กลุ่มพาณิชย์ (GLOBAL) กลุ่มสินเชื่อ (MTC SAWAD) กลุ่มยานยนต์ (SAT STANLY) กลุ่มเครื่องดื่ม (CBG มีต้นทุนน้ำตาลสูง) รวมถึงกลุ่มเกษตรและอาหาร (CPF GFPT)

KLINIQ หนึ่งในผู้นำคลินิกเวชกรรมด้านผิวหนังความงามของไทย ซึ่งมีศักยภาพเติบโตได้ต่อเนื่อง โดยปี 66-67 คาดกำไรโตเฉลี่ยปีละ 32% จากตลาด Wellness ที่เติบโตขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ขณะที่ 3Q66 คาดสร้างสถิติทำกำไรสุทธินิวไฮ 74 ลบ. เติบโต 67%YoY และ 5%QoQ
KTB 3Q66 คาดกำไรจะเพิ่มขึ้น 22% YoY (NII สูงขึ้น) และ 2% QoQ (NII สูงขึ้น, ECL สูงขึ้น, opex สูงขึ้น) ขณะที่ทั้งปี 2566 คาดกำไรจะเติบโต 22%YoY อีกทั้งมองจะเป็นธนาคารที่มี NIM ขยายตัวมากที่สุดและมีความเสี่ยงด้านคุณภาพสินทรัพย์ต่ำกว่าธนาคารอื่นๆ

Market today

The SET still has a negative signal, no turning point and is expected to continue falling to a support at a previous low of 1,462. If it goes lower, negative indicators will persist with a next support at 1,450. Recovery is limited at resistances of 1,485 and at a following point of 1,505. A break above would turn indicators positive.

Today’s highlights

• The US Congress passed a short-term funding measure and gave it to the President to sign in time, making it possible for the US to avoid a government shutdown for 45 days.
• US core PCE in Aug, which excludes food and energy and is the Fed’s inflation indicator, grew by 3.9%YoY, a 2-year low and in line with the market, compared to 4.3%YoY in Jul.
• Wheat futures price declined by 6% to a 3-year low as the US reported a higher-than-expected harvest forecast.
• United Auto Workers has expanded the strike to car manufacturers in Detroit after ordering another 7,000 workers to walk off the job in Illinois and Michigan to pressure companies to revise their offers.
• FTI says the rise in interest rate will raise financial cost, bringing higher risk to the economy next year and greater caution on any new investment. Real estate developers say the higher interest rate cuts purchasing power by 2.5-3.0% and is asking for a temporary adjustment in the LTV.
• SMEBank says the SME confidence index in 3Q23 increased after SMEs adjusted marketing plans to push sales on expectation of support from government stimulus.
• The Thai Automotive Institute says China is planning to establish regional headquarters to promote Thailand as a hub to develop the EV industry and expand into the ASEAN market. It says it is expecting to see continuous fund inflow from China.

Strategy today

The Thai market was unable to move opposite the global trend in September, and fell to below 1,500 for the third time this year. Nonetheless, the market still outperformed other Asian markets. In October, the SET is expected to improve on expectation of a better China economy as its stimulus measures become clearer. However, with the global economy dull and US and EU economic figures suggesting a slowdown, the investment atmosphere is expected to be pressured, leading to only slow recovery in the Thai market. Our strategy is “selective buy”.

Trading today

Weekly portfolio: The SET is expected to improve but not shoot up, as the overall dullness of the global economy will continue to pressure. We recommend “selective buy” in themes with specific drivers:
1) Speculative stocks: we suggest accumulating oversold stocks with good fundamentals and inexpensive valuation (2023F PER and PBV below 5-year average), whose prices will rebound with the SET – CPALL, TOP, CPN, BDMS and MINT.
2) Speculative stocks in the petrodollar theme that benefit from higher purchasing power in the Middle East as oil price rose 10% QoQ in 3Q23 – BH (more patients from the Middle East).
3) Speculative stocks as oil price stabilizes at a high level – PTTEP and BCP; caution is suggested for speculators if Brent exceeds US$100/bbl.
4) Stocks for investment whose 3Q23 profit is expected to grow with good momentum continuing in 4Q23 – BCH, HANA, KCE, AOT, ERW and KLINIQ.
In the medium term we recommend being cautious on stocks that are expected to be affected by El Nino, which will erode purchasing power in the agricultural sector: Commerce (GLOBAL), Finance (MTC, SAWAD), Automotive (SAT, STANLY) and Food & Agriculture (CPF and GFPT).

KLINIQ: A leading Thai beauty skin clinics with good growth potential in 2023-2024 at 32% each year, backed by a growing wellness market. In 3Q23 it is expected to make a record high profit of Bt74mn, up 67%YoY and 5%QoQ.
KTB: 3Q23 profit is expected to grow 22%YoY (higher NII) and 2%QoQ (higher NII, ECL and opex), while 2023 profit is expected to grow 22%. The bank is expected to report the highest NIM growth and has lower quality asset risk than other banks.
